"Jacket came back way cleaner than I thought"
I sent my jacket to dolfi1920.de and it came back much cleaner then I was expecting. A few old marks that I thought would stay are actually gone, and it smells fresh too. It did take a bit of time, but the cleaning quality was really good so I’m happy with it.

I had a problem with my order, so I contacted support. They got back to me quickly and fixed it without making things difficult. I was a little worried at first, but everything turned out fine in the end. I would order from dolfi1920 again

"The staff was professional but still…"
The staff was professional but still easy to talk to, which I always appreciate. I had a few questions and, thankfully, they explained everything in a way that actually made sense — I was thinking, okay good, I don’t have to decode a bunch of confusing info here. They did take a little while to reply one time, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I had a good experience.

I got my jacket back in good shape after the service. There was still a small mark on it, but it looked way better than it did before, so I’d say it was worth it. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, which was a bit annoying, but overall I’m happy with the result and would use them again.
